Fiorelli Pizza

Liz Gutierrez and chef Michael Fiorelli have found their permanent footing on Beverly Grove’s West Third Street. Fiorelli Pizza opened on November in a space adjacent to Joan’s on Third where the duo slings a simple menu of appetizers and pizzas that Fiorelli describes as a hybrid of New York and Neapolitan styles.

 

Chef Fiorelli developed his culinary point of view during his years at Love & Salt in Manhattan Beach before later connecting with business partner Gutierrez through the Boujis Group. After moving on from the hospitality group the two tested their concept as a pop-up at Cook’s Garden in Venice from March 2024 through September 2025. The project eventually led them to a permanent space at the former Greek Eats location on Third Street and Harper Avenue giving the restaurant a dedicated home for its next chapter.
